Lexie is a Sleep specialist, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach & Certified Personal Trainer.  Because of what she experienced with her own health and wellness journey, she now helps other women get out of the cycle of guilt, shame, and perfectionism.  If you’re a woman in today’s world, you’re likely overwhelmed and exhausted. Lexie helps her clients renew their body and mind so they can wholeheartedly pursue their passions and reclaim joy! While nutrition and fitness are an excellent tool to get started, Lexie believes there is SO much more to health. She is not your average nutritionist.
